Comitis Capital supports Cloud7 becoming an international leader in premium pet accessories

Comitis Capital (“Comitis”) has acquired a majority stake in Cloud7 GmbH (“Cloud7”), the leading player in premium dog accessories in DACH. The brand is renowned for its assortment of aesthetic, high-quality, sustainable dog products. Petra Jungebluth, the Founder of Cloud7, retains a significant stake in the company and will continue as CEO steering Cloud7’s international growth.
Cloud7, headquartered near Berlin, Germany, was founded in 2010 by luxury fashion designer Petra Jungebluth. Since then, the company developed into the leading brand in the premium dog accessory market in DACH, obtaining numerous brand and product design awards. Cloud7 is the leading specialist for premium dog coats and offers a vast selection of premium dog accessories which are distributed primarily through its D2C webshop.
Cloud7 is Comitis’ second growth partnership in the broader pet space. With a team comprising international investment specialists, Comitis supports fast-growing companies with entrepreneurial roots and a sustainable business model.
